Concessions
You can book your journey online if you hold one of the concession cards displayed below. Please call 132 232 to book all other concession fares. Concessions cannot be used in conjunction with promotional fares or discounts offered by CountryLink. Concessions are not available on ancilliary charges.
When booking your concession fare online, please enter your concession card number as a whole number without dashes or spaces in the ID field.

International and Australian tertiary students who are not eligible for the student fare, but in possession of any form of identification confirming they are undertaking full time studies. The identification must display the name of the educational facility, the students name and student number. In addition, a second form of identification with a photo, such as a drivers license or passport must be presented at the time of ticketing and carried when travelling. |
