Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000
The mountain is calling – 10 October 2010
It's the birthplace of Australian motorsport. It's where legends are born. It's the Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000. No other Australian sporting arena offers more adrenalin-charged entertainment than Mount Panorama, as Australia's premier V8 Supercar drivers test their endurance over 1000 fuel-injected kilometres of non-stop action.
To support this major regional event, on Sunday 10 October CountryLink will be operating a dedicated XPLORER train to Bathurst and coach connection to Mount Panorama, all for the super-low price of $77 for adults and $22 for children. The train stops at Central, Strathfield, Parramatta, Blacktown, Penrith and Bathurst.
Hot meals, soft drink, beer and wine are available for purchase on board the train. CountryLink is committed to the responsible service of alcohol.
Timetable
- Departs Central Station at 05:14, arrives Bathurst at 09:15
- Departs Bathurst Station at 18:25, arrives Central at 22:37.
Conditions
Conditions apply. Pensioner and other concession discounts are not available on this service. Fare is non-refundable and non-transferable. Reservations must be ticketed prior to departure.
