Your step-by-step guide to booking with CountryLink online
Create your itinerary: use the online booking form to check availability and book your trip. To begin your booking, enter your trip details — where you are travelling from, where you are travelling to, the date of travel, number and type of passengers (e.g. one adult, two children), then click Go.
Select your fare: once you know the trip, select the class of travel, e.g. Economy or First Class.
Enter your personal details: enter details for each passenger.
Enter your payment details: credit card or Pay it @Post - it's your choice, although Pay it @Post is only an option for fares that are $10 or over and booked at least seven days in advance.
Confirm your booking: confirm the trip, passenger and payment details. We'll send your ticket and receipt by e-mail. Please reconfirm your reservation 48 hours prior to departure by calling the CountryLink Reservation Call Centre on 13 22 32.
Print your ticket: print the e-mail confirmation and take it with you throughout your journey as this is your ticket.
